Throughout the year, volunteers from all over the world join our community temporarily to help us teach English to the young monks at Azom Wosel Dongag Chokher ling.
These volunteers gain a unique cultural experience, seeing first hand the ancient customs and rituals of Tibetan Buddhism whilst making a real difference in the lives of our students. Those with an interest, take the opportunity to find out more about Buddhism. Many combine their volunteer experience with travel and trekking.

REQUIREMENTS
It is better if they have some experience teaching but the most essential requirements are:

Flexibility
Cultural Sensitivity
Classes are Monday to Friday with time on weekends for sightseeing around Kathmandu valley or for relaxing.
